I have always wanted a Belgian Blue now I finally got one.
The Belgian Blue is a docile animal with an impressive muscle mass also often called double-muscle. Having a fine bone structure and fine muscle fibers resulting in lean and tender meat. Their calves are born just like a hereford and don't start developing the muscle mass until it is 2 weeks old.
Pete is very easy to work with and sometimes I forget he is bull.
He passes his personality on to his calves which they too are very quiet and easy to work with.

In the fall of 2009, we will be selling the calves on Satellite at Provost Livestock Exchange.
