Sale Term: We require a deposit of 10% or $200 on any horse to mark it sold. This is non-refundable unless the horse gets injured or dies before pick-up.
Prices: Are price plus GST for Canadian buyers.
Can arrange for a payment plan up to 3 months. If the buyer decide not to buy the horse, we keep 50% of the total amount which is non-refundable. Plus first month board is free after that you will be paying a small fee for keeping the horse here until the horse is paid in full and pick up.

Nice straight legs, big bone, short back, thick girth plus a pretty head. His pedigree has running plus working cow.
Height is 15.1hh and built like a tank.
Nate would make a good heeling prospect /ranch horse(he covers the ground), barrels, endurance plus other time events. Nate has the speed and gas to engage quickly, Peter is very impress with Nate.

Nate was at the trainer's for a month (fresher course) October 2011. Peter used Nate for the cattle roundup at the Park, for a week. Nate has lots of energy and has been roped off.
If I have time this winter, I will take him over to my friend's indoor arena.
